Under the Food Act 2014 in accordance with Tauranga City Council bylaws, all commercial food stalls need to register a food control plan or national programme with the local council. Food control plans allow the business to use a domestic kitchen to cook and prepare food and also to sell at markets and events.

In order to operate a commercial food stall at any events held by Zee Events, we require you to supply a copy of your food license by uploading it below.

In order to secure your space, pre-payment of your stall fee is required by Events. Once you have submitted your registration, payment must be made before the market day to secure your space for the upcoming event(s). An email will be sent to the provided email address with details on how to make payment of your stall fee once your registration has been approved by Events staff.

PLEASE NOTE: The market is outside, you will need to bring a Gazebo and your own Table/Display own power supply .
